What areas do you travel to?

We provide mobile notary services to Jacksonville's beach area. This includes Mayport, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach. Zip codes include: 32224, 32246, 32225, 32233, 32266, 32250, 32228, 32227, & 32082.

How much do you charge? What are your fees?

First 4 documents needing notarization are $10 per stamp. Each additional document is $5 each.

Mobile notary fees are determined by zip code zones.

Zone 1 is $15 and includes 32224, 32246.

Zone 2 is $25 and includes 32225, 32233, 32266, 32250.

Zone 3 is $30 and includes 32228, 32227, 32082.

What documents do you notarize?

As a notary public in the state of Florida, I can notarize almost any document including power of attorney (POAs), wills, affidavits, jurats, acknowledgements, VIN verifications, title transfers, and odometer verifications. . If you have a specific document you need notarized, you can always ask me via email, phone call, or text!

Can you provide witnesses? Is there an additional cost?

If the document requires additional witnesses, I can bring someone with me to your mobile notary appointment to act as a witness at your signing. There is an additional $25 fee for this.

Do you perform wedding ceremonies?​

At this time, wedding ceremonies/officiating is not a service we offer.

What hours are you available?

Mobile notary appointments can be booked Monday through Friday 5-9:30pm. If you need to book a notary service outside of these hours, please call, text, or email and we may be able to accommodate you! Weekend services may incur additional fees.
